Porec is situated on a narrow peninsula, and the center of the city dates back to Roman times. In Porec are still visible traces of history in the city's architecture, the layout and street names. The old town of Porec with its narrow, cobbled streets and houses in the Venetian style, sight itself and provides an opportunity for the creation of unique photos (Basilica Basilica, Poreč tower, Porec home Marafor Square, Martov and Neptune Temple, Palace Polesini ... ). This year we're asking you to capture just that, a history that is visible in the architecture of the old town. Stroll through the city in the history, and capture a photography for the future.
Terms of the contest:
1. The theme: "The architecture of the old town"
2. The duration of the contest - from 10.08. to 15.10.2013.
3. How to send the photos: - only e-mail to: porec.ljeti@gmail.com
4. Application content: Name, Address, landline and mobile phone. Photos must be in JPG format.
5. Image content: theme image must clearly show the architecture of the old city (parts of houses, palaces, churches, temples ...)
6. One author may submit up to 3 photos
7. Picture should not be protected by copyright
8. By submitting photos, the authors assign all the rights on the photos to the organizers, to use their photos for promotional purposes of the city and / or contest "Porec summer"
9 For the first three places in the photo contest, the organizers will provide cash prizes, and the author of the winning photos will be awarded with additional prise.
